Ivory Homes and Garbett Homes Join 10 Other Guest Builders at Daybreak
Together they will build more than 200 affordably priced homes in South Jordan
(South Jordan, UT – May 22, 2008) - Kennecott Land, the developer of the Daybreak community, is announcing that two additional local builders are joining the master planned community. Ivory Homes and Garbett Homes are the newest guest builders in Utah’s fastest selling community and both will begin building in Daybreak’s third village, North Shore Village. Both home builders share a commitment to sustainable development shared by all Daybreak builders, now totaling 12. Ivory Homes and Garbett Homes models will be open June 28 in the North Shore Village Model Home Village.
Ivory Homes is Utah’s largest home builder and has been developing communities in Utah for more than 40 years. Ivory will offer detached, single-family homes with traditional styles consistent with the flavor at Daybreak. Ivory Homes will build more than 120 homes in North Shore Village which will be priced from the low to mid $200,000s.
