Coordinators proactively generate leads from incoming phone calls, internet inquiries and other sources. Responsibilities include developing leads provided by Ivory into warm and hot prospects to be distributed to Sales Consultants. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
This is a great part-time real estate sales opportunity with valuable professional training. Hourly pay plus generous incentive pay for generated leads resulting in a home sale. A 20 hour per week minimum commitment is required; some evening and Saturday work required. Sales Lead Coordinator must acquire and maintain an active real estate license in the State of Utah. EOE.
